Our lives and times have changed. The Universe keeps reminding us through its life happenings during the course of our lives that, relying on one skill to create income may not be sustainable, especially when that skill loses economic value in the marketplace. We are often challenged to take inventory of our lives and our daily activities, and measure them against our dreams and aspirations.
REVIEW DAILY HABITS
Human beings are creatures of habits, good or bad. They control our lives as they form the people we are, the things we believe in and the personalities we portray. Our subconscious minds are programmed by what is repeated daily, and they store and use this information to create thoughts that lead to feelings, which lead to actions and eventually to results. We all have bad habits that we wish to get rid of but feel pessimistic about doing so.
LEARN NEW INFORMATION
Our subconscious minds are programmed by what is repeated daily, and they store and use this information to create thoughts that lead to feelings, which lead to actions and eventually to results. Our subconscious minds control us by the information stored in them through repetition. This information create thoughts that lead to feelings, which lead to actions and eventually to results.
SETTING GOALS
Have you thought about what you want to be doing in five years’ time? Are you clear about what your main objective at work is at the moment? Do you know what you want to have achieved by the end of today? If you want to succeed, you need to set goals. Without goals you lack focus and direction. Setting goals is like designing your future well. The future is called the promise and can be an awesome force that can pull you through difficult times.
REPETITION
Repetition is the act of repeating or restating an action more than once. In reprogramming your subconscious mind, or changing your life, repeating new activity over and over impresses the subconscious mind and helps it to find ways of accepting the new activity. If you repeatedly give your subconscious mind the same information over and over, it will begin to store and use it. Note that our brains are designed to protect us from what’s unknown or uncomfortable to us.
BE PATIENT
Patience is the ability to stay calm while waiting for a desired outcome. It is essential to day to day living, and a vital key to a happy life. Having patience means being able to wait calmly in the face of frustration or adversity, and being patient means you are more likely viewed positively by others. Being patient will likely make you a better partner, team worker and more focused and productive.
If you are often impatient, you may be seen as arrogant, insensitive and impulsive. Impatience has its roots in frustration.
TAKE ACTION
To see changes in your life, you have to take action. Reading books, attending classes, workshops and seminars, and listening to audios and watching videos about new skill you want to learn, will not bring any changes in your life until you apply what you learn repeatedly and review the results for optimal performance. Your subconscious mind controls your life through the process of manifestation that says, your thoughts lead to your feelings, your feelings lead to your actions and your actions lead to your results. So, if you don’t take any action about what you learn, your results will never change.
